This sushi bar, established in 1999, was the first of its kind in the Czech Republic and is still going strong. Located just off the Legií bridge on the edge of the Little Quarter. The interior is stylish and modern with two rows of tables in full view of the sushi chef. It’s worth mentioning that, next door, there is a ‘Seefood Shop’ which supplies the fresh fish for the sushi in the restaurant and gives guests the chance to purchase a wide range of speciality food products. The menu is very extensive with sushi, sashimi, tempura, special rolls, seaweed salads and special Japanese dishes – soups, noodles and grilled fish.
