Anima Studio

Studio Anima was founded in 1991 by Marcela and Milan Halousek as a small animation studio in the tradition of the Czech school of animation, with a strong emphasis on quality. For more than twenty years, Studio Anima’s family environment has been the meeting point and in many cases the starting point of the professional careers of top Czech animators, directors, artists, and other film professionals. Thanks to this, almost 26 hours of animation in the form of TV series, films, or advertising spots have been created. 

Our portfolio contains all of the important techniques, from cut-out, relief, claymation, pixilation, to puppet animation films, which have been our recent primary focus. From the very beginning, we have strived to preserve classical film and creative methods, making our work unique in today’s electronic world. Currently, we offer comprehensive visual production services from A to Z, including puppets, props and decorations, animation, editing, and post-production. All in our fully equipped studio.
