The River View - the true luxury in the heart of Prague.
We offer apartments for short and long-term rental in a 1913 art nouveau building right on the Vltava river in an attractive area below the Vyšehrad Castle.
On each floor of the five-story building, there are two apartments with a size between 95 m2 and 180 m2, on the fifth and sixth floor you will find a nearly 600 m2 maisonette with a 200 m2 terrace.
The apartments have preserved ceilings of up to three metres high and tall windows offering wonderful views of the Vltava river, nearby Vyšehrad, Prague Castle and Petřín Hill.
The largest area in the apartments is dedicated to the living room which is connected with the kitchen and dining room. In each apartment, there are from two to five bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, storage space, and a balcony. Each room has either a high-quality wooden floor or a very comfortable carpet. All kitchens and bathrooms are made of marble and are very comfortable. The interiors have been equipped with smart appliances and quality materials.
