A boutique production company found by Vít Janeček and Zuzana Piussi in 2014, active since 2015 as a platform for creative documentaries, experimental films, and low budget fiction. We focus on Czech/Slovak territory and co-productions with Myanmar. All our portfolio can be found on our website (www.D1film.com). For the long-term distribution of our film, we run a local distribution platform D1film.online.
