RIGHTS CLEARANCE FOR FILM & TV

Located in the Czech Republic, we help local and international film producers clear rights for copyrighted works (paintings, statues, posters, graphic designs, artworks…), trademarks, logos and other materials protected by law to enable incorporating them into a film, TV series, commercials, etc. Representing our clients, we identify and locate rights owners, negotiate licence terms, and handle all paperwork involved in concluding contracts. We are not a law firm, but if needed we work with an intellectual property law specialist.
