The company Mia Film, s.r.o was founded in the year 2010 by Michal Pokorný, Zbyněk Pippal and Radko Janoušek.
Michal Pokorný co-owns a film production company in Berlin, which has made over 50 feature films to date.
Zbyněk Pippal and Radko Janoušek own the company Core Production a.s. which specializes in producing TV serials, reality shows, and docu-reality.
Thanks to this combination of personnel we together cover most areas in the film and television industry market. Mia Film is capable of creating and producing their own formats, not only for Czech television and film productions but also for those abroad.
In the field of production maintenance, we can offer various forms of cooperation. From a complete service in the position of executive producer to a partial service, for example, the finding and securing of locations and the arranging of all necessary contacts involved.
Due to our excellent knowledge of the Czech and German film and television scenes, and of the required conditions necessary in both countries, we are able to precisely estimate which solutions are the most effective for each individual project. We can compile a non-binding preliminary budget, based on which we can judge the most suitable form of cooperation.
Thanks to our utilization of the fund for the support of the film industry given by the Ministry of Culture, we can work on further projects as co-producers of films, serials, and documentaries.
